1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a housekeeper on the NeoStay platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not register or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where you provide services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary permits, visas, or authorizations required to perform cleaning services.

3. Identity Verification

As part of the registration process, you must upload clear photos of your government-issued identification document (both sides) and a selfie holding your ID. These documents will be reviewed by our administrative team. Your profile will only be activated after your identity has been verified and approved.

You agree that the information and documents you provide are accurate, authentic, and belong to you. Providing false or fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to the authorities.

4. Services

You agree to perform cleaning services professionally, diligently, and in accordance with the instructions provided by the hotel or property manager. You are responsible for arriving on time and completing tasks to a reasonable standard.

5. Independent Contractor

You are engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and social contributions. The Platform facilitates the connection between you and property managers but does not employ you.

6. Compensation

You will be compensated for each completed cleaning task at the rate agreed upon per task. Payments will be processed according to the payout method you specified in your profile. You are responsible for ensuring your payout details are accurate.

7. Code of Conduct

• Treat guests, property, and managers with respect.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and property information.
• Do not damage property; report any pre-existing damage.
• Do not take or use any items from the properties.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform, its users, or partners.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
